Short version
itsjustin.me is a personal portfolio. It runs on a self-hosted server and uses privacy-first, cookieless first-party analytics only. No third-party trackers, no ad networks, no cross-site profiling, and nothing is ever sold or shared with data brokers.
What is collected
The site uses Umami, a self-hosted analytics tool that collects aggregate metrics: the pages you visited, referring URL, browser type, screen size, and country of origin. No cookies are set, no persistent identifiers are stored, and no third parties are involved. The instance is hosted on the same infrastructure as the rest of the site.
What is not collected
No advertising cookies. No third-party pixels (no Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insight, TikTok Pixel, or similar). No email or contact-form processing (email links open your default mail client). No behavioral tracking across other websites.
Your rights (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident: you have the right to request what information (if any) has been collected about you, request deletion, and opt out of any sale or sharing. Because this site collects only aggregated, non-personal analytics and does not sell or share personal information, there is nothing to opt out of — but the right is honored on request. This site does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act. Global Privacy Control
The site honors the GPC signal by default. If your browser sends Sec-GPC: 1, no additional action is required — no sale or sharing was ever occurring.
